Child Care
The CARE (Campus Alliance for Resource Education) Office provides educational resources for students seeking child care. These resources include the Texas Child Care Services (CCS) Assistance Program, the Texas licensing database, tips for evaluating quality care, and a list of child care centers (including TWU Clubhouse). For these resources and additional information, such as connecting with fellow student parents, or meeting with the parenting student liaison, please visit CARE-Child Care.
Bezos Academy
The tuition-free, Montessori-style early childhood program for children ages 3–5 is open to families earning up to four times the federal poverty level (approximately $111,000 for a family of four). Twenty-four seats are reserved for children of TWU Denton faculty, staff, and students, while remaining spots are filled through a lottery open to eligible local families.
